Positive Peace Ethiopia is a youth led organization founded in September 2021. Through engaging talks, we spark vital conversations. Our online warriors tackle hate speech, turning the digital world kinder. With each blood donation event, we show peace is action. Representing hope globally, we stand as delegates on international stages. Digital peace education, in-person workshops, and school programs shape young peace ambassadors. Youth Peace and Security
Youth peace and security initiatives are vital, empowering young individuals as key contributors to durable peace. These efforts acknowledge the importance of youth engagement in peacebuilding, leveraging their insights and innovative approaches to enhance societal resilience against conflict.
Youth Digital Rights and Literacy
Dedicated to strengthening the skills of journalists, digital content creators, and citizens in verifying facts, identifying disinformation and misinformation, and promoting ethical reporting. This pillar ensures that media ecosystems contribute constructively to social cohesion, transparency, and conflict-sensitive communication, minimizing the spread of harmful narratives.
Digital Hate Speech and Extremism Mitigation
Directly addresses the challenges of online radicalization, incitement, and targeted hate speech that fuels societal division and conflict. This pillar involves strategic digital monitoring, developing counter-narratives, advocating for effective platform governance, and running community-based campaigns to promote tolerance and responsible online dialogue.
Media and Information Literacy (MIL) for Peace

Environmental Peacebuilding
