Blood Donation Event for Peace in Ethiopia

On July 2nd, a blood donation event involving 60 participants took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The event aimed to increase blood donation rates and promote peace. Notable attendees included Terrefe Tafese, Program Manager of the Association for Friendship Support, and Chalachew Worku, Co-founder of Positive Peace Ethiopia.

Research shows that voluntary blood donation has physical and psychological benefits. Mr. Chalachew Worku emphasized the importance of giving life through blood donation and expressed a desire for collaboration with HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace Restoration of Light) in peace education.

This campaign encourages voluntary blood donation in Ethiopia through local partnerships, emphasizing collective efforts and fostering a culture of giving.
